Provide spiritual leadership to middle and high school students and their families, equipping students to become followers of Christ.
Develop relationships with youth, young adults, and families that foster a sense of belonging, inclusion, acceptance and fun.
Be a resource for parents and guardians in need of support and guidance as they parent their student(s), serving as a spiritual advisor, confidant, and resource for youth and their families.
Develop/implement curriculum for middle school, confirmation, high school, and young adult programs.
Cultivate and encourage youth to take leadership roles within youth programs including music ministry, confirmation helpers, and middle school leaders.
Encourage youth and young adult attendance at weekly worship services and create opportunities for participation in worship.
Maintain an awareness of relevant youth and young adult culture, in order to understand and address the spiritual and social needs of youth and their families.
