Under the general direction of the council and express direction of the elders, the lead pastor provides spiritual and organizational leadership. The lead pastor serves as teacher and vision leader for the congregation as we seek to fulfill our mission of "Developing authentic relationships with Jesus Christ." The lead pastor serves as head of the staff, building a strong leadership team, and holds a central position on the board of elders.
