To provide on-going development and leadership for the Connect Group Ministry and pastoral care consistent with the church’s mission, vision, values, and beliefs. This position works directly with the Spiritual Formation Pastor to implement Centerpoint’s Discipleship Process. Centerpoint desires to be a church of Connect Groups- not just a church with Connect Groups, which makes this position mission critical. This position requires both relational and organizational skills.
