How can I arrange on-campus housing?

A few things to know about our on-campus housing:
Housing is assigned on a priority basis. Housing applications are considered in the order they are submitted.
Accessible housing is available.
A refundable deposit of one month’s rent is required.
Eligibility for units is based on the size of your household.
There is a four-year limit for on-campus housing.
If you choose a unit without cooking facilities then a meal plan is required.

When can I move in?
Your move-in date is set on your lease and is negotiated with Miguel Chavez in our Business Office.
Greek School Students
Students who are taking Greek during the summer term can move in as early as July 1st.
MAPT and Dual Degree Students
All incoming MAPT and Dual Degree students take the MAPT Introductory Seminar. Students taking the MAPT Introductory Seminary can move in as early as August 6th.
The MAPT Introductory Seminar is scheduled for August 10-14th.
Fall Semester Students
Students who won’t begin studies until fall semester usually move around August 21st.
Fall semester courses will begin on Tuesday, September 8th.
