An applicant must have a Master of Divinity degree or higher and be committed to a reformed theology of salvation as well as to the inspiration, inerrancy, and authority of the Scriptures. Applicant must be able to relate and minister to people across various ethnic groups and age groups, as well as various levels of education, economics, and spiritual maturity.
