Location: Buffalo Hart Presbyterian Church
This is a solo pastor position for a financially stable church.
Lead Sunday worship services & special services.
Prepare & deliver sermons that are biblically sound, engaging, & relevant.
Offer pastoral care & counseling to church members, including hospital visits & home visitations.
Lead & develop church programs that support spiritual growth, including Bible study groups, youth programs, & adult ed.
Participate in community outreach & service projects to strengthen church-community relations.
Qualifications:
All pastors serving an ECO congregation must hold their ordination in ECO or be received as affiliate pastors by the presbytery of jurisdiction.

The individual must be able to deliver inspiring, biblically-based sermons that engage our members.

Our new pastor leader must be approachable, confident, thoughtful, and an effective communicator, as he/she considers various viewpoints before arriving at decisions.

The pastor’s compassion for members through congregational care outreach should be genuine, consistent, and caring.

Superior organizational and interpersonal management skills are necessary as our spiritually mature pastor seeks to lead and collaborate with employees and members toward the agreed-upon vision. Experience in strategic planning and leading a church our size is beneficial as well.
